Im a teenager, and like most teenagers I have acne, but not very happy. What is the best treatment system?
I use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne wash. Ive used this for about one months, but all it does is one reason that areas of my face peeling and dead skin or w / e its called on them. Obviously this is so painful I want to get rid of acne, but not to end up with noticeable dead skin on my face.
I used Proactive and it did not work for me! My skin was too sensitive to benzoil peroxide and it made everything red and blotchy. So I guess it just depends on the persons skin. I think natural remedies to work for me. Here are some tips. When washing your face Using warm water. And then when you use cold water. The warm water will open your pores, so you can remove dirt and oil. Cold water shrinks the pores possible to prevent inflammation. Tea Tree Oil is natures Cure Acne. Also based glycerine soap work well. Avoid anything with fragrances that irritate or Dry Skin. When the skin dry in principle tell your sebaceous glands to produce more oil to balance things out. If the excess oil production may intensify your acne probs.
