Spot Blackheads
Acne has always plagued humans. By developing a better understanding of the type of acne you may have, give yourself the ability to efficiently handle. These different medium and colored bumps that appear on our faces may belong to the most common group of acne vulgaris, acne rosacea, or even a very severe form of acne. Within these three groups will find different types of acne lesions. This article will discuss the two most common forms of acne very well known as acne vulgaris and acne rosacea. I hope that This article will help you to better classify your type of acne, so you are able to successfully treat your acne problems.
Acne vulgaris is the most common form of that people experience acne. The nature of the injuries that fall into this group, whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and papules. Sometimes one more break in case of acne vulgaris you have nodules and cysts.
Whitehead, very small white spots or so small that they are not visible to the naked eye. Whiteheads are formed when a pore is blocked and dead skin cells, trapped oil and bacteria cause a white spot on the surface of the skin.
Pustules are similar to whiteheads, but are often inflamed and red with a yellow or white center. These are what we often call zits. Most people have a hard time restraining himself from squeezing or popping whiteheads and pimples. If pimples on the surface little or no damage will be done if taken properly.
Blackheads form when the pore partially blocked allowing the dead skin cells, oil and bacteria to grow slowly until the skin surface. Contrary to common belief, blackheads are not black because of dirt. The black color is a result of pigment from the skin reacts with oxygen in the air. Blackheads is a very durable structure and therefore a long time to disappear.
Papules to pustules are similar in that they are red, inflamed bumps, but they have no head. Papules should not be squeezed because they can worsen scare.
In more breaking cases of acne vulgaris you see lumps and cysts. Nodules are much larger acne spots the previously mentioned types. They are very hard lumps under the surface of the skin and therefore tend to cause scarring if squeezed. Now only these types of injuries create pinch scars, but it may cause the lesion to last for several months longer than it would if left alone.
Acne cysts are similar to nodules, but they are pus filled and 5 mm or more in width. Like nodules, they can be painful, causing permanent scarring and much longer than normal and irritated. If you experience nodules or cysts on your skin you should seek care from a dermatologist
Acne rosacea is often confused with acne vulgaris because acne spots can be very similar. However Rosacea often in people over the age of 30 years and appears as a red rash on the chin, forehead, nose or cheeks. This is often a problem for women than men. Rosacea should be treated by a physician to prevent severe swelling of the nose or a growth of excess tissue.
Severe forms of acne are very rare, but potentially very damaging for those who experience it. Conglobate acne, acne fulminans, gram-negative folliculits and facial pyoderma all fall into this category. Severe acne should definitely be handled by a dermatologist
Acne can put a damper on the fun of somebody and ego. By better understanding the type that you may suffer from acne you can find and make use of a regime that can work it's magic on your skin. Very few people suffer from severe acne, so for those of you who can no more beautiful and radiant skin.
