Does anyone really know that oil companies are in collusion with each other on pricing?
I see a lot of upset about gasoline prices, (a natural reaction), but not much about the effects of stricter environmental regulations, a multitude of different gasoline specifications, a shortage of U.S. refining capacity and the large profits of the (crude oil producing) oil companies. Who listens to a balanced analysis of the problems and solutions? Or is it a "follow the leader and selfish mentality that rules?
Not at all. My oil company investments doing great, because you drive so much. Gasoline is still cheaper than bottled water.
