Is it normal / bathroom for my child to school on paper towels or soap in the bathroom to give?
My daughter is in second grade. The school has no soap in the bathroom, instead of the teacher is expected to purchase soap and dismiss it out to the students. The bathrooms also no paper towels – they have hand dryers, which means that there was a lot of water on the floor. I know because my daughter talks about how much "fun" it is to slide over the bathroom all the people shaking water from their hands.
That is absolutely ridiculous. The school is obliged to provide basic hygiene products like soap for the safety of children. Unfortuately, hand dryers more sanitary and environmentally friendly than paper towels. The teachers, however, need to keep an eye on the children to ensure that they do not do dangerous things in the bathroom.
