What is a good product to help my oily skin?

My skin gets oily within like 30 minutes of putting my makeup on and it’s soo annoying!! I use bareminerals matte with laura mercier Oil Free primer under it and whatever skincare products I happen to have. I’m 15 and I barely ever get pimples but I do have a lot of blackheads. Does anyone know of any makeup or skincare products that could help stop my skin from getting so oily?
