Is it safe to use an exfoliating cleanser before an Acne Cleanser?
I wonder whether it will damage my skin or not. and can and exfolating detergent also be used to remove Acne Scars. I heard it could be because it raises from dead skin cells. anyway, can someone give me info? Please and thank you!
I really do not think this a good idea! I once had a normal skin before me a lot of skin products used. Once the natural barrier of the skin damage becomes, can take years to repair it. If your acne scars are still new and discoloration, are less abrasive ways to heal the scars than exfoliating cleansers, often chemicals that interfere with the skin healed. Moisturizers and creams with Tea Tree, vitamin E and evening primrose are good choices because of the omega content. Rose hip oil is also good the scars. Whatever you use, I learned the hard way that your face is too much makes it worse! Use small amounts of cleansers, moisturizers and essential oils. Do not use too many products, because they no mixing. Healing comes from within your skin. You should eat things which are rich in unsaturated fats such as avocados, fish and unsalted nuts. They help in the reconstruction of the skin. Even fruit and vegetables are good because they are vitamins and minerals … and when you eat them will get into your skin. It can 3-6 months to see a difference.
